Unfinished classic T-bird project car
The previous owner of this ’57 Tbird probably had the right idea to turn it into a hotrod or restomod. Granted, first generation Thunderbirds are worth a lot of money in nice restored or survivor condition, but this particular car just doesn’t have enough left to go down that road. Replica made from a real wrecked Shelby
Shelby clones are a dime a dozen, but this one is a little different. This replica was made back in the early 70’s with all the parts coming from a true 1966 Shelby that had been totaled. Not that it’s worth approaches that of a true Shelby, but those parts alone are worth quite a sum. Read the rest of this entry »

Hidden 1964 T-bird
It took a good eye to even spot this 1964 Thunderbird under all the trash piled up around it. Hidden in a back yard that looks more like a junk yard, this T-bird might be worth saving… Or maybe not. You’d have to spend a day digging it out just to see what’s there.

Ex-drag racing Galaxy with R code 427 big block
Talk about ridden hard and put away wet. This one owner 1963 1/2 Galaxie 500 was ordered from the factory with the potent 427 cid FE big block. It was ordered to drag race and that’s exactly what it did for several years, but then was put in storage. It’s been gathering dust there for more than four decades. Read the rest of this entry »

Factory Big Block, 4 Speed Mustang in the weeds!
Wow, this hurts the eyes; a factory big block 1968 Mustang fastback with weeds growing through the floor boards! It’s been sitting in the Florida salt air for who knows how long, which you can tell by the surface rust on every square inch. Read the rest of this entry »

1969 Ford Torino “Field Find” – 428 Cobra Jet
Not exactly a “barn find”, but this very rare Torino Talladega has been sitting in a pasture since 1989. The current owner dragged it out of the field, severe rust and all, with the intention of parting it out. But when he realized how rare the car was he decided to sell it complete with the hopes that someone would take on the challenge to restore it. Read the rest of this entry »

Factory 428 CJ Mach 1
Classic Mustang + Factory 428 CJ = High Dollar. Take this ’69 Mach 1 for example. It’s essentially just a rolling shell (minus engine) and it still sold for over $18,000 recently on eBay! Apparently the 428 CJ is a powerful motivator to the checkbook as well as on the pavement! Read the rest of this entry »

1967 Fastback – Big Block Mustang
Now this is a pretty sad sight. It’s a factory S code 390 Mustang fastback that’s been wrecked hard in the rear and then hacked apart in the front. 1967 was the first year for a big block in the Ford Mustang. That coupled with the fastback body style makes this a very desirable muscle car.

390 GT Fairlane project car
Here’s a nice project for big block Ford fans. It’s a 390 GT 1967 Fairlane with a few nice factory options including front disc brakes and bucket seats. Ford redesigned the Fairlane in 1967 and gave enough room between the front fenders to stuff the FE series big block. The 390 cid was the first big block and came as either a GT or GT-A (for automatic transmission). The GT package included heavy duty suspension, engine dress up parts, a GT hood and disc brakes. Rusty and stripped, but good restoration project
Here sits one of the all time classic muscle cars, a Boss 302 Mustang, but in pretty poor condition. It’s a genuine G code Boss 302 car and has the VIN and Marti report to prove it. Unfortunately the most important parts of this car are missing, including the engine and transmission. This Mustang project car is missing pretty much all of the special Boss 302 specific items Read the rest of this entry »
