Chevy Impala “Field Find”
We’ve all heard of that great barn find muscle car that’s been hiding in some out of the way location just waiting to be found and restored. This 62 Impala 2 door is more like a “field find”. It actually was in a barn for many years, but then was dragged out into a field so it could rust away even faster! Read the rest of this entry »

Field Find – ’67 Camaro drop top
There aren’t many cars better for cruising on a mild summer night then a 1967 Camaro convertible. This one looks like it’s seen better days for sure, but maybe it could be brought back to its former glory with a lot of work. Read the rest of this entry »

What’s left of a Indy 500 Pace Car Camaro
Here’s another 1969 Camaro Convertible Indy 500 Pace car that’s begging to be restored. This one is a bit more rough around the edges and not as well documented. It’s been off the road since 1975! Apparently all the tags were taken off and lost during that time.

1963 Stingray – In storage since 1978
What a cool sight to see this great project car loaded on a trailer and on it’s way to it’s new home where it will be restored. Imagine how jealous you would be seeing this driving down the street! Someone’s got a cool new toy to take up garage space. Read the rest of this entry »

1964 Corvette – Barn Stored for 30 years
This ’64 Vette was recently pulled out of storage after sitting for 30 years. It looks to be pretty much intact with the exception of some poor modification decisions by a previous owner. Luckily the original engine and transmission are still there, although the heads are long gone. But the block and intake are matching numbers, so that’s a start. Read the rest of this entry »

An original Powerglide Super Sport
Wow! What a cool ’63 Impala project car! Not only is it one of the greatest looking of the early Impalas, but it’s a factory 409 “Turbo Thrust” car. You know, as in the famous Beach Boys song? And to top it off it has the rare SS (Super Sport) package, factory black vinyl top and a Powerglide automatic transmission. Read the rest of this entry »

77,000 original mile Camaro stored for 30+ years
Someone got a deal on this true barn find 1967 Camaro RS. It sold on eBay recently for $9,472. Yes, I know the “barn find” term is used these days for just about any old car that has a layer of dust on it, but this one was honestly pulled out of an Ohio barn. It sat there for 30 plus years and only has 77,000 original miles on the odometer. Supposedly with a quick fluid flush, new starter and fresh battery she started up just fine. 1959 Chevrolet Corvette Uncovered
Barry sends in this 1959 Corvette that’s been uncovered after a few decades. He said it was found in a guy’s shop after sitting for 28 years. It comes with a fresh 283 matching motor, a 4 speed out of a 1961 Vette and both tops. It would be great to see a classic Corvette like this back on the road. Read the rest of this entry »

World’s roughest Camaro convertible!
As the owner aptly states, “this has got to be the world’s roughest 1967 Camaro convertible!” There’s so much metal cancer that the cowl & firewall have actually separated from the frame. It’s missing the entire front clip, drive train, all body panels, glass interior and any semblance of what could be considered a floor. The story was it was wrecked in the front and then stripped of all it’s useful parts. Read the rest of this entry »

1967 Chevrolet Corvette Big Block
This is one of those I-Spy games. Can you find the muscle car hidden in these pictures? I’m told this twisted mass of rusted metal is a ’67 Corvette. A 427 cid big block no less. But unless you’ve got a sharp eye for Corvettes you wouldn’t know it. Read the rest of this entry »
