1957 Thunderbird Hotrod Project

Posted in Ford, Thunderbird | No Comments »

1955-thunderbird-fireUnfinished classic T-bird project car

The previous owner of this '57 Tbird probably had the right idea to turn it into a hotrod or restomod. Granted, first generation Thunderbirds are worth a lot of money in nice restored or survivor condition, but this particular car just doesn't have enough left to go down that road. 1966 Shelby GT-350H Clone

Posted in Ford, Mustang | No Comments »

1965-mustang-convertible-00Replica made from a real wrecked Shelby

Shelby clones are a dime a dozen, but this one is a little different. This replica was made back in the early 70's with all the parts coming from a true 1966 Shelby that had been totaled. Not that it's worth approaches that of a true Shelby, but those parts alone are worth quite a sum. Read the rest of this entry »

1964 Thunderbird buried in crap!

1955-thunderbird-fireHidden 1964 T-bird

It took a good eye to even spot this 1964 Thunderbird under all the trash piled up around it. Hidden in a back yard that looks more like a junk yard, this T-bird might be worth saving... Or maybe not. You'd have to spend a day digging it out just to see what's there.

More than 30 years ago this 1968 Charger R/T was stolen. Eventually the police recovered it, but then it sat and slowly got stripped of parts. The original 426 HEMI is lost, as is the factory column shift transmission, K frame and all tags.

Field Find - '67 Camaro drop top

There aren't many cars better for cruising on a mild summer night then a 1967 Camaro convertible. This one looks like it's seen better days for sure, but maybe it could be brought back to its former glory with a lot of work. Read the rest of this entry »

1966-dodge-charger-041970 Superbee 383 4 speed

The Dodge Coronet Superbee's were one of those solid muscle cars that just weren't produced in large numbers. That makes nice, clean examples like this one harder and harder to find today.

1963-galaxie-427-001Ex-drag racing Galaxy with R code 427 big block

Talk about ridden hard and put away wet. This one owner 1963 1/2 Galaxie 500 was ordered from the factory with the potent 427 cid FE big block. It was ordered to drag race and that's exactly what it did for several years, but then was put in storage. It's been gathering dust there for more than four decades.  Read the rest of this entry »

This 1968 Barracuda convertible was recently dragged out of it's storage locker to the light of day; hopefully to a new owner who will fix her up. The second generation Barracuda (1967-1969) came in three body styles; coupe, fastback and convertible.   Read the rest of this entry »

1966-dodge-charger-04Rusted out Super Bee 383

This Super Bee has been hit hard by the rust stick. It's described as a "solid southern project car" which is another way of saying, "of course it's got rust. It's from the South!" It originally rolled off the assembly line clad in Lime Green paint and a four speed manual and a 383 under it's Ramcharger hood. Read the rest of this entry »

Factory Big Block, 4 Speed Mustang in the weeds!

Wow, this hurts the eyes; a factory big block 1968 Mustang fastback with weeds growing through the floor boards! It's been sitting in the Florida salt air for who knows how long, which you can tell by the surface rust on every square inch. Read the rest of this entry »
